DAY 01: ARRIVAL AT PORT BLAIR – CORBYN’S COVE BEACH & CELLULAR JAIL

Upon arrival at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, our representative will meet and assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Check in and take some time to relax.

Later, proceed for local sightseeing covering:

Corbyn’s Cove Beach

Visit the picturesque Corbyn’s Cove Beach, one of the most popular beaches near Port Blair. Surrounded by coconut palms and beautiful coastal scenery, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the tropical atmosphere of Andaman.

Cellular Jail – National Memorial

Proceed to the historic Cellular Jail, one of India’s most significant monuments associated with the freedom struggle. Explore the National Memorial and learn about the sacrifices made by Indian freedom fighters who were imprisoned here during British rule.

Light & Sound Show

In the evening, witness the famous Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail, which presents the inspiring story of India’s freedom struggle and the history of the Cellular Jail through an impressive audio-visual experience.

Return to the hotel after sightseeing.

Overnight Stay: Port Blair

DAY 02: PORT BLAIR → HAVELOCK ISLAND – RADHANAGAR BEACH

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the jetty for your ferry/cruise journey to Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep).

Enjoy the scenic journey across the Andaman Sea.

Upon arrival at Havelock Island, our representative will receive you at the jetty and assist with your transfer to the hotel/resort.

After check-in and relaxation, proceed to:

Radhanagar Beach

Visit the spectacular Radhanagar Beach, famous for its pristine white sand, turquoise-blue water and beautiful tropical surroundings.

Spend quality time relaxing at the beach and enjoy the magnificent sunset before returning to your hotel.

Overnight Stay: Havelock Island

DAY 03: HAVELOCK ISLAND – LEISURE / OPTIONAL ELEPHANT BEACH

After breakfast, the day is available to enjoy Havelock Island at your own pace.

Guests may relax at the resort, explore nearby areas or participate in optional water sports and marine activities at their own expense.

Optional: Elephant Beach Excursion

Guests can opt for an excursion to Elephant Beach, subject to weather, sea conditions and operational availability.

Elephant Beach is popular for its clear water, coral reefs and adventure activities such as:

• Snorkelling

• Sea Walk

• Jet Ski

• Banana Boat Ride

• Other available water sports

Elephant Beach excursion and water activities are optional and chargeable separately.

DAY 04: HAVELOCK ISLAND → KALAPATHAR BEACH → NEIL ISLAND

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to visit:

Kalapathar Beach

Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Kalapathar Beach, known for its beautiful coastline, blue water, white sand and scenic natural setting.

Later, proceed to the jetty and board your scheduled ferry/cruise for Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep).

Upon arrival at Neil Island, our representative will receive you and assist with your hotel/resort transfer.

Natural Bridge

Visit the famous Natural Bridge near Laxmanpur Beach, an impressive natural rock formation created over time by the action of the sea.

After sightseeing, proceed to Neil Island Jetty as per your scheduled ferry timing.

Board the ferry/cruise for your return journey to Port Blair.

Upon arrival, our representative will receive you and transfer you to the hotel.

The remaining time is free for relaxation, local shopping or exploring Port Blair at your own pace.

PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS

• Airfare / Flight Tickets to and from Port Blair

• Lunch and any meals other than those specifically mentioned in the package inclusions

• Elephant Beach excursion, unless specifically included in the final booking confirmation

• Water sports and adventure activities such as Scuba Diving, Sea Walk, Snorkelling, Jet Ski, Parasailing and Banana Boat Ride

• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, beverages, tips and porter charges

• Any additional sightseeing, vehicle usage or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary

• Early check-in and late check-out charges at hotels

• Any increase in ferry/cruise fares, entry fees, permit charges, fuel charges, taxes or Government levies after booking

• Expenses arising due to bad weather, rough sea conditions, ferry cancellation/delay, flight cancellation/delay, natural calamities, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control

• Any additional hotel stay, transportation or other arrangements required due to such unforeseen circumstances

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• A 25% non-refundable booking amount of the total package cost is required to initiate the booking when the travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.

• An additional 25% payment will be required after confirmation of the major travel services, making the total payment 50% of the package cost.

• 100% payment must be completed at least 21 days before the scheduled departure date.

• For bookings made within 21 days of departure, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation.

• Hotel rooms, ferry/cruise tickets, vehicles and other travel services are subject to availability at the time of actual booking and confirmation.

• A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable payment and confirmation of the required travel services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation charges will be calculated on the total package cost as follows:

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION NOTES

• Cancellation requests must be communicated to Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd. through an accepted written communication channel.

• Ferry/cruise tickets, hotels, activities and other services may carry their own cancellation conditions. Where applicable, supplier cancellation charges will also apply as per the confirmed booking terms.

• No refund will be provided for any unused sightseeing, meals, transfers, hotel nights or other services voluntarily missed by the guest after commencement of the tour.

• Any refund applicable after cancellation will be processed after adjustment of the applicable cancellation and supplier charges.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Payments must be made according to the booking schedule mentioned above.

• Full and final payment must be received before departure.

• Rates and availability displayed or quoted before confirmation are subject to availability of hotels, ferries/cruises, transportation and other services at the time of booking.

• Any additional amount arising from a change requested by the guest after confirmation will be payable separately.

• Final booking vouchers and service details will be issued after receipt of the applicable payment and confirmation of services.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Travel arrangements in the Andaman Islands are dependent on weather, sea conditions and ferry/cruise operations. Timings and the sequence of sightseeing may therefore be changed when operationally necessary.

Any additional expenses arising due to circumstances beyond the company's control—including severe weather, ferry cancellation, flight disruption, natural calamity, Government restrictions or similar events—will be payable by the traveller wherever applicable.

Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd. will provide reasonable assistance in arranging suitable alternatives whenever required and operationally possible.
